The Scooters. Any info?

I recently heard a song called "Young Girls" by a group called the Scooters.

Amazon has nothing listed by them (Although there are apparently a couple of other groups called Scooter or Scooters).

I enjoyed the song. Does anyone know anything about them or know if they had any other good songs?
