Stephen Chow-'80s music fan?
Posted: Sun Jul 06, 2008 6:50 amI watched an advanced screener of Stephen Chow's CJ7 yesterday and it featured both Boney M's "Sunny" and Gazeba's "I Like Chopin" on the soundtrack. I can't remember any other music in it featured prominantly like these two tracks....
Now, I realize that maybe they are only on the U.S. dubbed version but I am not so sure (the screener only featured the dubbed print) and maybe he had someone else pick the music...but those are two fairly obscure tracks to feature in a modern family/fantasty film.
Speaking of which, the movie is just OK and is very mean-spirited for a 'family' film.
