I used to kinda like this song. Just saw the video. Um, not sure I can listen to the song again unless I want to picture Weller's gyrating crotch in my face. What WAS this all about??

I have seen this video before and really never noticed how bad it is. Paul Weller's crotch actually didn't bother me as much as his hair do or his dance moves. [:o)]

Hmmm...it's always been one of my favorite new wave songs. If it's going to retain that status I need to erase that video from my memory!

I believe much has been written about the homoeroticism in this video. But I wonder if Weller has ever made a comment about it himself.

And his hair is so.... perfect!

He's said he'd gone through a "confused" state during part of the Style Council period but that he's definitely heterosexual. But that's not even what bothers me. It's all just incredibly cheesy. How could a guy have turned his back on the Jam...TO MAKE CRAP VIDEOS LIKE THIS?!

That really is utterly horrific, isn't it?
