Not sure if anyone knows, Declaration's got an album available on A Different Drum as well as CD Baby. "Expectation" is available for $14.

Yep..
Known about him since early '04 when a fellow WLIR listener from the LI Radio forums turned me on to him and treated me to a copy of 'Divine Design' which was pretty decent IMHO (very Depeche Modesque)

His current material definitely has a more ambient flavor to it.
