And every year i make a bunch of mixes for it. My goal here is to find the creepiest and darkest NW tunes. Me and a friend actually compete to make the better compilation.

So, any of the experts have some killer suggestions here? [:D]

Never a bad idea to ask for suggestions. Different ideas, new members, etc.

Count on me to make suggestions soon.

...and welcome to the board, tomman888!

My apologies, I did not know that you were a new member here (10 posts already?!), so yeah it's a good thing to ask cause trust me about a week from now this thread will probably have around 50 replies minimum, guaranteed.

For starters, go with Siouxsie's "Halloween" or Ministry's "Every Day Is Halloween" (perhaps THE new wave halloween anthem)

Hey, I'm still a newbie i realize haha. I can't use those tracks because they were on last year's mix unfortunately. here's my list so far:

Fad gadet-rickys hand
shriekback-nemesis
Blue oyster cult-joan crawford
concrete blonde-bloodletting
cabaret voltaire-i want you
front 242-television station
depeche mode-told you so
wall of voodoo-red light

^^^ Good list, but Told You So sticks out like a sore thumb as it's more of an upbeat, happy-go-lucky tune, what with all the cheesy synths...

Assuming no more posts here today...

10 x 7 = 70 replies by the end of the week

My prediction quickly coming true! [:D] (and there will almost certainly be more posts here before we call it a day)

Like I told you, for some reason people here love lists! [:o)]
