Hey everybody,

well well this DID require a little bit of patience on this board to get accepted eventually! Must sum up to more than 1.5 weeks ago that I applied for registration here, and got my positive reply TODAY! Thanks a bunch MikeP :)

So apparently no point (and no need either) to register 5 times in a short sequence with ever changing nicknames (as I read about here when I was still a guest reader...) just a little patience!

And that aside, patience as a virtue comes in handy anyhow, especially when it's to identify rare songs because it can take several years until someone from a completely different part of this world says "yeah, I'm sure I have this 10'' in my possession! AFAIK, there were only 15 made from it worldwide..."

Which already gives away what will be my favorite sub-forum on here - the song ID section of course! :)
Identifying lyrics fragments off wowy-fluttery tapes is really a job full of suspense! And perfectly suited to extend your musical horizons at the same time, too.

Ohh, now you caught me at my weak point.
Where wuzzat from?

Starsky & Hutch?

As a side note, series quotes are NOT supposed to catch fire on me since I'm an absolute anti-series person. Yes. To the core.
Only ones I will both hail and accept are Monty Python (divine), A-Team (class) and of course, Streets Of 'Frisco. Latter dates back to 70s even...yet i'm not feeling old, but probably even "less spoiled" by the crap they bomb us with these days, giving them misnomers like "entertainment series" [:p] (if only I could detect any "entertaining" element in them...)
