Who's got the coolies to step up and name their all time favorite, top 20, new wave bands? And yes, in order! Not "legends" or "most popular" - just *your* all-time favorites. Don't groan... you know you have to do it. You decide what's new wave or not. But don't spend too much time on it - your head'll explode.

I tried to stay pre 90's but if I could include the 90's I would have to add The Smashing pumpkins, Nirvana, The Afghan Whigs and many more. I couldn't stand leaving out a few of my faves so made my list top 25.

List is based on a complex algorithm and scientific combination of records in my collection, concerts I went to and fave songs. I'm with Grayson - 20 isn't enough. Even with 25 I had to leave off another 5 just as deserving.
