Any fans here? I think Dream Into Action and Human's Lib are amazing albums if you like synth! He's one of the best and is still going strong today.

Yeah, I just like the over the top synth, that's what I live for and those two albums have it. I also like the philosophical lyrics like in Why Look for the Key?.

.. I don't hate him either. I mean... I've not purchased any of his albums.. I'm not a proactive fan by any means, but I have various songs from compilations that I quite like.

I think Human's Lib is a really good new wave album. My first and still favorite HoJo release is The 12" Album, which I was also lucky to snag on cd when it came out in that format.

OK, four of us. I've always liked HJ, although after Dream into Action my opinion dimmed somewhat, once he drifted completely into vacuous pop. But, having seen him recently live I have to say I enjoyed his performance immensely, unlike many 80's revival acts. He also recorded his live DVD in my hometown of Salt Lake City, so he get's a bit of break for that. We like him here in the old West.

Yeah, you gotta see him live to really appreciate him. He was very playful the last time I saw him, he was making jokes practically all night, and very appreciative of the crowd,"I hope you like this"(goes into Things Can Only Get Better", which makes the entire crowd erupt). I loved his "Dream Into Action" cd.

Count me as NWO fan #5. My favorite tracks are "What Is Love?" and "The Prisoner." He's great in concert, too - saw him a couple of times in the '90s.

Wouldn't say I'm a fan, but I don't hate him. He had a couple of songs I like and I'd rather have him pop up on the radio than a lot of so-called serious or well-respected new wave acts.

I think he's great at what he does; if I need to go to sleep all I have to do is play one of his tracks, problem solved.
