I didn't realize Ian Dury was worthy of a biopic. Is he that big? Am I missing something here?

I saw a test screening last year & the film & Andy Serkis are excellent.

of course Ian Dury is worthy of a biopic

everything is not always about America;
Ian Dury was a consistent chart star in the UK during the punk era,and his story is far from the norm,great subject matter for a film;
just because America isn't in on it doesn't mean that the film couldn't be a hit in the UK,and that success could launch interest in the USA...

I'd be keen to see this. He had some hits down under, but was pretty huge in the UK. Should be good!
