Ramones autographed poster

It was at a club called Deep Ellum Live in Dallas Tx and is dated 1994 by one of them. It was on their 20th anniversary tour. Playing were Joey, Johnny, Marky Ramone and CJay. I con't find ANY of its kind in all my searches so I believe it may have been made just for that club event. The signatures are all original. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Please don't tell me to hold on to it. Hard times have forced me to part with it!
