"Worst"/Most Unusual NW Performance

Although my posts usually go over like Lead Zepplins, I'll try a couple.

Any examples of a live/aired performance by a NW band you didn't like or found unusual. I offer for consideration this lip-synced performance of Heaven 17 on Solid Gold:

<object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/r8-lnP4K8E0&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/r8-lnP4K8E0&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object>

One can see Glenn Gregory laughing all the way through the performance. Also I can see the pre-performance meeting with the band:

"where's your drummer?"

"we don't have one--we use a drum machine"

"We need to get you a drummer"

"why?"

"American audience won't be fooled by your performance without one, since they apparently don't know what a drum machine is..."

Any other takers?

I love this performance of "Up the Junction", where everyone swaps instruments. Glenn seems to be a passable drummer.

Notice the effort put in by the bassist in "Living by Numbers".

David Bowie singing on Soul Train. I love him but he even said he should have remembered the words. FAME

It's not the entire band that was the worst. I just remember Barney being particularly awful with his yelping and "come on's". Come on.
