Extremely sad news. The Slits were absolutely brilliant, and her vocals on New Age Stepper's "Fade Away" (well, most of their stuff, but especially "Fade Away") are incredible. May she find peace in Zion.

I was just listening to "Return of the Giant Slits" yesterday. Fucking sucks, man. Glad I checked in here and saw this. Pretted gutted by that, really.
