If you missed the show...shame on you! It was a great live chat and interview. But because Football was more important (I'd rather watch golf)...I'll give you a few days to redeem your soul and you can listen on demand! [}:)]

Thanks. It's funny, but some of the tracks sound better when listening to your show than it does when I listen to the CD :D.

Thanks Obs. Ummm all I do is convert the CDs to 192 bit MP3s in Itunes and then mix my show in Garageband. I have found depending on what source you use to listen has made things sound different. IE: Listening thru itunes, compared to Garageband, Audacity or streaming thru MixCloud and real stereo, be it my bose car system or sony dream system.

The sound quality from MixCloud is pretty decent. I had to knock the show down to 128 bit to fit the whole show in 100 mb space.

There are some shows I have done thinking I need to pump up the peaklimiter and yet once I get them on Mixcloud it sounds fine. [8D]

I will say that I too am finding some things coming out of Cherry Red that either someone there is deaf or they like to pump the peaks up so much there is no middle or lower tone.

I don't mean the quality; I mean the song itself sounds better ... kind of like how when you hear a song at a record store, it sounds better than when you buy it and listen to it at home. It's a mysterious phenomenon.
