No one's gonna beat that list. Concur 100%. I'd add 'Maux de Croissance' as the sitcom - I find there's a relatión spirituelle with Jim Carroll's 'Ceux Qui Sont Morts'.

I have to take exception to Motor's pick for actor because surely Jean-Paul Belmondo should get that honor.
I do, however, concur with Bardot for singer (arguably she'd be up for actress as well, depending on if one considers Vadim part of the French New Wave...which no one does but still...)

OK, Invisible Man, I will offer up "Liquid Sky" as the most New Wave movie, although technically "Urgh! A Music War" should win that title. And I suppose "Square Pegs" is the only New Wave sitcom that comes to mind...but it seems like an obvous choice.
I'll go with Paul Humphrey (lead vocals for Blue Peter) and Lene Lovich for singers. Humphrey representing the strong, no nonsense attempt at vocals that go with guitars or synths or both, and Lovich for her overall weirdness and range.
I'm not sure what you mean by a New Wave actor or actress. David Bowie? Jami Gertz? I dunno.
