Wrong lead singer?

There are three bands off the top of my head that I've always felt had the wrong lead singer

1. OMD - Paul Humphreys had a much better singing voice than Andy McCluskey. My favorite OMD songs are Souvenir and Secret both of which Paul sang lead on.

2. China Crisis - Gary Daly had a strange whiny kind of voice and Eddie Lundon was in my opinion a much more suitable lead singer.

3. Tears For Fears - Much prefer Curt Smiths voice to Rolands`

not that I have a problem with any of these guys. I'm happy with what they produced but I've always wondered what the songs would sound like if the other guy had been lead singer.

It would of been cool if they had recorded both vocals when they recorded the albums and released the alternate vocal tracks as a bonus disc.

agree? disagree? any other bands you felt potentially chose the wrong lead singer?
