Not sure if they've been previously discussed, but this quirky, excellent Japanese new wave band released some really essential new wave in the early 80s. Sometimes I hear a devo-B52's mesh, clearly very new wave sounding stuff. If you like synth rhythms that move along to sometimes quirk, always energetic beats, very catchy beats at that, you'll like them.

I consider them a major essential part of my new wave listening.

Lov 'em. I'm still looking for the "melon" lp featuring them WITH the B-52's and Adrian Belew. Hajime went on to be part of skylab, still very good. I still love "copy" and "the last train to clarkesville" You have to listen to the "Polysics" another newe
