Is the HUB down?

I am a relative newbie to it so I am not sure it is me or the hub. I keep getting a "target machine rejection".....I am accustomed to being rejected by humans but I hope the "target machine" doesn't take things to personal.

Hey, how can i get on the hub. I've heard talk of the hub but still am not sure what it is. Is it cool?
