Who likes here the Spliff?This half-strange,theatrical extravaganza new wave german band?They had at least a pretty good lp''spliff radio show'',credited for being nina hagen's first band and were known for crazy live shows.I know,there was the ''problem'' of language but if we've give'em a second chance...
