TROUBLE WITH THE HUB

Hello,
I am having a problem loading this HUB up..... everytime I connect it right away disconnects me.

I havent had a problem with the hub at all lately, aside from the never ending passive problem.
but I have had a problem over the last few days with the other/companion hub that grunch hipped us to while ours was down (23rd century albums).
