a punk question
Punk rock as a-mainly-social fact had a different impact in the teenage subcultures of 70s.There were those who saw it as a step for social and political changes, those who developed its fun and chaotic side through a confused thinking and a lot who took out all the strangeness and quirkiness of their characters, especially in new wave!Ofcourse, there were some, that exploited this situation and earned money(any mclaren here?).The music was great for every Clash, sex pistols or devo, and what i really want to know is which side of punk rock really contributed in music, society ,human personality!Punk was a whole movement, not rubbish!thanks.
