I have a large data base of infornmation and presently burning my STACK of singles and LPs..B.T.W. I'm using a program called Polderbit, it's excellent for copying vinyls and cassettes to hard disc...eMail me

Go Betweens
Eurogliders
Cellibate Rifles
Men At Work (someone had to mention them)

Maybe some of these bands aren't considered new-wave.

Afraid not, Men Without Hats are Canadian I think.. and we'll calaim Split Enz as our own (aussie that is), well, they all live here. And who wouldn't!!!!

I realize it was sometime anyone posted here, but...
I´m a great fan of the Aussie indiescene and are looking for people to trade cdr with. "new" groups are also of great interest (chevelles, Icecream hands, michael carpenter stc...)

Men At Work were Aussie, not Men Without Hats.

Golfer- I've got the "Breaking Silence" LP by James Freud. I'd love to hear more of his stuff, especially some early Teenage Radio Stars. Also, was there any difference in the Flowers LP and the Icehouse

Nice to see there are some more Aussie new wave fans here. Could you tell me please if The Metronomes first LP or early single releases have been compiled onto CD?

I really like "A Circuit Like Me" and would love to hear more of their early tracks.
