There's only room for 12, so I chose the top 12 bands as voted by NWO members about 12 - 18 months ago (they could name any band they wanted).

The ones that just missed this list: OMD, Church, Human League, Psych Furs, Blondie, Chameleons, XTC, Devo, Split Enz, B-52's.
