Does using the word "NOT" after a statement imply the user is stuck in the early 90's?

No, it implies that people who think that this term only dates people to the early 90s are out of it as well! [;)]

I still use not, though not as often as i used to. Just so long as they dont bring back the term "Happy Camper". My nightmare is an ugly chick chasing me wearing a fanny pack that has "Happy Camper" embroidered on it. [xx(]
