During the eighties, the topic of nuclear war seemed to come up a lot. It was on the news frequently due to the arms build up under the Reagan era and many new wave artists sang about the subject. Which song below do you think is the best tune about "the bomb."

The Police had that song about hoping that the Russians love their children too, but I liked "If the Russians ever come, they'll all be beating bongo drums" from "Beat Crazy" by Joe Jackson.

I don't think Love Missle F-111 was about "the bomb"...
Probably my favorite (and the only song I really liked by them) is Fishbone's "Party At Ground Zero".
