I've recently been re-introduced to Cool It Reba. Does anyone here remember them? They released a killer record (MONEY FALL OUT THE SKY)
on Hannibal Records in 1982. The band contained Baker Rorick (later of Baxters), John Fredericks (Great guitarist), Kevin Tooley (RI's The Mundanes) and David Hansen (aka Sport Fisher of The Young Adults).
They played all the time at CBGBs, Peepermint Lounge, Lupos's Heartbreak Hotel and The Mudd Club. I love these guys and was wondering if anyone
remembers these guys and if they have any interesing stories re: Cool It Reba (or their later incarnation as STEVE MQUEEN), the band members, or their record/songs. I've just (as of yesterday) started a yahoo group/site dedicated to them. Please feel free to join:
