Call me crazy but was he ahead of his time? Pull out the old vinyl--God Bless Tiny Tim--the one with the big nose on the back cover-and give a listen to "The Other Side" and "The Coming Home Party". Could be 80's tunes in my mind.

I was lucky enough to see him at Spookyworld before he passed on.

Slightly off topic, but Tiny's version of "Stairway to Heaven" with Brave Combo is classic. Kind of like Mr Ed covers Zep, tango-style.

I dont mean to disrespect him or his fans in any way but he seemed kinda creepy.

Hence I met him at Spookyworld. [:D]
But as I can remember he was kind, gentle and seemed a bit timid.

I think his creepiness was part of his charm. I enjoyed him as much on Laugh-In as I did when he would appear on the Howard Stern show. And seeing that one of his songs was used in a "Spongebob Squarepants" short seems to ensure his endurability. [:)]
