Sheet music for "Bizarre Love Triangle", anyone?

A friend of mine wants to use the chorus of BLT for a tattoo, so she's looking for the sheet music. She hasn't had much luck, so I told her I'd ask around here for her. Does anyone have a way to scan/copy/email/fax/post/carrier pigeon this to me? You would make a sweet little girl oh so happy, and be forever linked to her flesh!

I thought you might have something too add Marv, being a guitarist/New Order fan and all. I ran the idea of wrapping "CDEmCDG" around her ankle a few times [:D], but she wasn't hearing it and is still holding out for the musical notes.
