Anyone remember these (European) bands

I have some records from these 80s bands, but I hardly remember where they came from and what else they did, even some of the music is terrific.

I Start Counting is awesome. I love the songs "Million Headed Monster" and "Still Smiling". Great UK stuff I think from the Mute label.

Hey! Elastica was one of my favorite new wave bands. I can't say for sure exactly where they came from; I always thought they were british. They had 2 non-lp 45's, "Eat Your Heart Out" and "Suck a Little Honey" before the next 2 singles "Party Games" (w

I saw ISC supporting Erasure circa 1990 in England and they were fabulous. In fact they were the reason why I bought a ticket! To this date I'm still waiting for the following 12" remixes to turn up on a cd:
