New wave ringBACK tones

No, not those annoying ringtones. Potentially more annoying! [:p] Verizon Wireless (USA - and no, I don't work for them LOL) is making a big deal about their new ringback tones. Went on to check it out and lo and behold, a good number of new wave tracks available (New Order, X, Talking Heads, Echo & the Bunnymen, Psych Furs, Clash, Howard Jones, Replacements, Scritti Politti, Thomas Dolby, AFOS, Book of Love, Adam Ant, etc. [:D] There's a tedious online setup process, but I had a couple of ppl call me with it and they were amused. But it seems cool, if a little more complicated than it needs to be.

Not totally cheap. It's $0.99/month for the service and $1.99/year for the track you "buy". But worth it for the novelty factor even if I cancel it in a couple of mos.
