Any more info on this band? While not exactly new wave, I managed to get "megaforce" from them, which was the soundtrack to a godawful MST3k-fare movie. pretty good song. I think Ace Frehley re-did it on Frehley's Comet.

It's better than "I could be good for you", which I believe is still out of print.

Lost 80's AOR rock is another genre I've been tracking down in my spare time. I've made two great comps of rare and overlooked AOR. I was able to snap up many of those Renaissance Records comps and reissues before they went belly up.

Personally, I thought 707's "I Could Be Good For You" was superb, and was sorely disappointed with "Megaforce" when I happened upon a promo 12" single--sounds too much like bland, pompous 80's rock to me. But we all have our differing tastes. I know my other music pals, including Spaz, groan when I bring up the subject of AOR! Right Spaz? <img src=icon_smile_dead.gif border=0 align=middle>

Just a thought on 707. Their first album was excellent , but with the departure of Duke Mcfadden (Keyboards/Writer), the band should have given up.

I seem to recall a song by them called "Tonight's Your Night" or something like that. It had a fair amount on advertising on the radio in LA. If I remember right, it was on their second album, titled aptly enough "The Second Album".
