Has anyone heard the new single from a-ha, title "Celice"?

I've heard it, and it's something of a departure from the "Lifelines" album. It's up-tempo, and it kind of hearkens back to their more synthpop days; still, it's embedded in their more mature adult pop-rock genre that they've been forging for a while.

It officially hits the streets as a single the 4th of October.

I for one am avidly anticipating their new album.

Have heard the track and I'm really digging it right now. It's really sticking in my head the more I listen to it. It's really up-tempo for them and does glimmer of synth, days of 'ol but with a twist; actually kind of dark twist at that... the whaling guitar is almost a cry out and Morten's soaring vocals again... shine through. I hope it makes the US airwaves and soon! On a side note, the band is playing their one-off gig in New York City in September at Irving Plaza (sorry, all sold out), but there's a fan party the night before that's going to be one of the biggest gathering of fans from all over. I'm looking forward to making the show and the party myself; been a long time since the band has played the U.S.... 19 years to be exact!
