Bands bigger than life
Listening recently to the new cd of Fiscerspooner ''Odyssey'',a trial more serious and mature than their debut, thought of how many other bands from the new wave-punk era had more than the minimum number of four band members.I mean the artists/bands that used the extravaganza style in every term of their appearance(music, dancing, performance art, theatre etc).Or simply created a more complex music work through adding other instruments not so ''rock'' oriented.I can recall
Tubes-the kings of shock rock and lively performance art
Oingo Boingo-Added trombones, trompetes to their already quirky new wave
Human Sexual Response-Just think that they had three vocalists
Frankie goes to Hollywood-the most overproduced 80s music act
Throbbing Gristle -Their first shows included everything but normality and a lot of guests on stage.
Anyone remembers others?
