I think they remind me of The Television.

Funny you should mention Frausdots. I recently discovered them through a friend's band, and they're great. They are playing a show in Tucson this Friday, and I hear they'll be at Spaceland in L.A. sometime in November. I'll definitely be there. I'm digging the sound.
