Link working fine for me.

Yeah, this is a nice track. Their album "Blues" was kind of all over the place and I didn't really enjoy it though. New wave fans may want to check out the single from the next album "Persian Blues" which has the singer from Blancmange doing guest vocals.

I'd like to hear that track but afraid I might not like it.I heard a few songs of their later material and did not like it at all. "Blues" to me is a great album though.

Fortran 5 is a really scattershot band--too much of their material sounds like dull techno vamping. But "Heart on the Line" is a stone cold classic, a wonderful bit of cold early-90s synthpop.

I have a promo CD5 for the song--if I can ever get back on the hub, I think it's in my shared folder...
