They sounded alot like The Cars style to an extent and had a very minor single called "That's The Way" They only put out one album back around 1982-83 which was self titled,and it was on the Elektra label.How many of you remember them? A show of hands please. Did you like their style? And how many of you bought their album and liked it? I liked it,though most of the album all sounded the same,and had the same beat in almost every one of their songs.I felt that it was very repitious,even though I still liked their album.

Yeah , I heard it and thought the same. One continuing track with silence between, just like the Romantics, The Beat, The Knack i guess thats power-pop for ya!! [;)]

I rmember them. They also had another 12" single hit titled Shoo Shoo Wah. Too bad they only released one album. I liked them alot.

I thought they were great myself. I never thought the tracks all sounded the same. It would make an excellent CD. I made myself a CD-R from a new cassette I cam across. This was one of my favorite releases in the 80s.

I remember Shoo Shoo Wah also.I haven't listened to their album in so long that I forgot about that song,until it was mentioned again.Thanks.

In this same genre do you know a band called The Kings who have also realeased two Lp's in 81 and 83 great and unpretentious pop rock power pop

Yes I remember The Kings."Switchin' To Glide" was a very good song by them,but the rest of that album wasn't good is all I remember.Same goes for their second album too.They really weren't New Wave enough from what I recall.That could be the reason why I
