Big Country Wonderland EP

20 years ago my friend Mike "borrowed" my vinyl copy of the Wonderland EP and I have never seen it since. I think I was bored with all the bagpipes at the time and didn't really care.
The other day a real friend gifted to me an mp3 of a song called "Heart and Soul". Upon hearing it, it was as if it was 1984 all over again. I remembered every note. Anyway, I was sure it was on the Wonderland EP, because that and The Crossing was all I ever bought.
Searching for a complete Big Country discography is a nightmare. "Heart and Soul" doesn't seem to be listed on the Wonderland EP...unless this is another case of my Canadian version being different from the US version.
Can anyone help?

Swearin' to Bob, zill, I saw this yesterday at my local hipster rekkid shoppe.
At least it was Big Country "Wonderland"...it may have been a 12" or something..maybe not a full ep. I just barely glanced at it. I will check it out, see if "Heart and Soul" is on it.

The Big Country remasters include the complete Wonderland EP, in case you want to get the full CD with these bonus tracks. Plus the sound is quite nice.

Actually the Canadian release DOES have Heart and Soul on it!!

schwenko - see why I was confused? hard to keep track of it all!
what started me wondering is that the 2002 CD reissue of The Crossing claims to contain all of the Wonderland EP, but Heart and Soul is not on this CD.
However, Heart and Soul IS on the 1996 CD reissue of The Crossing...along with the other songs from the Wonderland EP...EXCEPT "Wonderland" itself. what the...? why do record companies make it so confusing!

That reissue from 1996 was done in the UK. The 2002 version (or whatever recent year it was) was done in the US by completely different people.

I was remembering last night why I stopped listening to Big Country.
It was 1984 and I was living in Nova Scotia at the time (nova scotia = latin for new scotland).
One afternoon I was spinning The Crossing in the living room when my grandmother and old Mr. McLeod, leader of the local pipe band, came in. "Aye, yer finely playin' sum good music, laddy" said the crusty ole scotsman. That was the end of my love affair with Big Country.[:D]
