From 1983 onward I thought that these guys put out some of the best New Wave synthpop that New Wave had to offer. It was their earlier material from about 1978 up until the Hail! Live In Japan that I didn't care for their music. It wasn't until their Crackdown album came out, that I started liking their music alot. With songs like Shake Down The Whole Thing,James Brown,Sensoria,I Want You,Kino,Hypnotized,Code,Don't Argue, and others how could anyone go wrong?
Their earlier material was much more of an experimental sound, and too weird. They had some great music videos by 1983 on, that Night Flight used to show.Too bad that after their album Groovy,Laidback, and Nasty, that they went back to that more experimental style and sound of theirs, just when I was liking them alot.By 1990 they were not the same anymore.
