A great icelandic label called Bad Taste with many reissues of some icelandi pioniers of Punk and new wawe bands from this land

Especially the legendary reissue of the really hard to find Rokk y Reykiavik compilation double live Lp where you have the first Punk band of a little 14 years girl singer later become famous under the nane of sugarcubes and Bj..k of course

During the winter 1981-82 film director Fridrik Thor Fridriksson (Children of nature) documented the blooming rock scene in Iceland. The soundtrack is now finally available on 2CD (postage as for one cd). Bands include Tappi Tikarrass, Theyr, Purrkur Pillnikk, Ego etc.
