While driving to work the other day listening to my tunes(Chameleons UK was the band of choice at the time) it came to me that I would have loved to see them live. I thought more about it and thought The Church would be a great companion band in this fantasy live show. Finally I decided to add The Comsat Angels in for a triple header.

Chameleons UK
Church
Comsat Angels

My fantasy "80's" concert.

Anyone else have a pairing they would love to see?

No laughing at this one, but back in the day, I always hoped for a concert where Haysi Fantayzee would open for Tracey Ullman. Unfortunately, Haysi broke up soon after their album was released, and Tracey Ullman gave up recording after her 2nd record.

Your lineup is about as perfect as could be. The Chameleons andComsat Angels particularly for me, since I've seen The Church a few times already. Since we're talking about fantasy concerts, even thought the music would not exactly be in the same vein, but

Here's a fantasy concert for you:

Robert Hazard and the Heroes
Flock of Seagulls
Blondie
Elvis Costello

And 10 minutes into the headlining group, Genisis, I left. This was at JFK Stadium in Philadelphia sometime around 83 or 84.

Pet Shop Boys

Classix Nouveaux
Camouflage
Propaganda

Big Country
The Icicle Works
Simple Minds

I could go on forever really [:p]

Bow Wow Wow opening for Adam & the Ants, Granted, this would probably never occur since Bow Wow Wow were made up of the original Ants. Oh, well, I can dream.
