Thanks to a certain member on this website(you know who you are dude),I've once again been jamming to this cd for the umpteenth time.

I enjoy being introduced to musicians I'm not familiar with. Especially, punk rock-anything punk rock ! This is a musician named Sonny Vincent whom I've had the pleasure to actually correspond with thru e-mail a while back. He started a band called "The Testors" in 1976 and deserves much credit for those not familiar. This is from his solo material years later."Do What I want".

I swear New Yorkers now how to rock !

If interested here's a link to a website:

Now if Amazon would ever get the cd in stock that's been back ordered for over 2 months.

I ran into Sonny in 1988. Litterally ran into him. We practiced in the same building and my band was loading out to play CBGB. Sonny asked where we were playing and when I told him he just kind of scoffed and said "I used to play there when it was cool".

Been a fan of his ever since.

Very interesting Ollie ! How long did you guys talk ? He told me his career has been very difficult..another words- "it's had a hard life".I asked that he continue jamming. I cant believe I've never heard of him or "The Testors" considering their active time frame from the late 70's. I guess better late than never and thanks to Borneojimy for sending me multiple cd's including his music. There's a lot of stuff I've listened to since I was a kid literally but many bands i've not had access to or heard of and Sonny is one of them until recently.
