Versions: Big Audio Dynamite - Bottom Line

The version of this song that I used to hear started out with the stuttery spoken-word "The horses, the horses, the horses are on the track..." I've got a version of the song with no "Horses are on the track" whatsoever (in the intro), and an extended remix with a different guitar sound that starts out with a non-stuttering "The horses are on the track...", but I'm not sure where to find the stuttery version. Any B.A.D. experts our there who know the history on this?

Who thinks it's an acceptable practice to put "stuttery" effects in songs? Seems very popular in remixes and extended versions. Perfect way to ruin a good song. IMHO
