a-ha Take On Me video used in Family Guy

Did anyone else catch this? It was during the opening credits and all
I could do is stand in front of the tube and watch in amazement with no
time to hit rec on the vcr! Very well done and completely out of
the blue. sort of a dream sequence type of thing. I wonder how many
younger people were watching and did not know anything about this 20
year old music video or the fab song itself?

I cuaght it and I have it on my DVR. I can't wait to show it to my girlfriend.

The best part of it was when Chris breaks out of the dream (A-Ha video sequence) and Lois asks him "where were you?". Chris wails in a disturbed voice "I don't know!"

I taped it as I was watching the Superbowl but Oh my GOD I was laughing so hard! What a way to be kidnapped in grocery store![8D] I have wondered with other references as well but espcially with this one the same thing: did the younger viewers get it? Then again think of all the 50's references in Bugs Bunny cartoons that we don't quite get...it's par for the course (and proof we are getting old!)
