Well I think I may have been mistaken. I took out my turntable and worked on the stylus a bit and got it to work. I took out my 12" Version of Work For Love (Arista CP 726) and listened to the extended mix of it and didn't hear the speaking part I referred to. I then listened to the Short Version of the song (3:58) that's on the 12" and there it is, the part I remember.

This website (http://www.prongs.org/ministry/discog_html) makes reference to the part and says it is unique to one version and it's not the short version I have.

So none of the 3 Extended mixed posted have the part, but this short version has it and according to the website I listed above, there is an Extended version with it as well.

There are a couple of 12 inch lps that have the extended version on ebay that you are looking for. (according to the Ministry discography)
