Okay. Let's take a trip back to the 80's.

"Out of all these fifteen artists" which one would you consider to be your favorite.

Yuck! None of the above. I do have songs by some of them, but favorite is too strong of a word. They were all just ok to me.

Not a big fan of any on that list, but I voted for Cyndi.

I refuse to play if Gino Vanelli and Robbie Nevil aren't on the list. [:D]

Being a child of the 80's I sometimes get nostalgic for a large portion of the decade. Very large portion. I always go after the long-lost stuff too. Just thought I'd do a poll featuring Non-NW artists. Though when it all comes down, New Wave is my most preferred and favorite genre of that decade and probably always will be.

Where's Tiffany or Debbie Gibson? Oh, I see--you're listing artists tha may actually get votes. [:D] Though seeing some comments on here George Michael (or at least Wham!) may get votes (for me it was a tough choice between Cyndi Lauper and Mike and the Mechanics--finally went with Cyndi as she's done tunes that can be dubbed "new wave" :) ).

I had to vote for Cameo (if for nothing else than for their early albums), but man. What a dreary list. Sad that the average clown made most of those "artists" millionaires.

Gotta go with Madonna. Loved her then, love her (music) now. Her antics are tired and worn out, but I still like her songs.
