The first song is circa 1983 and has a sample:

The second song i have no sample for but the lyrics go as follows:

Song sounds like DM/Camouflage and is circa 1985

I remember a french new wave/goth band with the name "Mary Goes Round", they made
many songs about this "Mary".

Thanks for the lead Hemi - I checked the Mary Goes Round website and it does have the lyrics for all their songs but none match the lyrics.
