That sucks, however this was to be expected. Like with anything this has it's ups and downs. Wednesday and Thursday night are sold out at the Terminal 5. Most likely people are going to try and sell their tickets for the better venue, which is obviously at the Beacon Theatre. I have never been to either the Terminal 5 or the Beacon but it appears the Beacon is the better of the two. I'm going to keep my tickets for the Wednesday show at the Terminal 5.

I figure if you decide to sell your tickets for either of the two Terminal 5 shows you are going to have a hard time, unless you wait until the Beacon sells out. Most likely it will because everyone who originally purchased tickets for either of the Terminal 5 shows would be more interested in the seated venue. You can always resort to selling your tickets on eBay at the last minute. I consider myself a big Yaz fan and a fan of both Alison and Vince but there is no way I am going to travel to the city for 2 shows in the same week and pay the $75 at the Beacon even for the best seating available. $65 was already steep enough, c'mon Boy George is playing the Terminal 5 for only $35.

I'm looking forward to seeing Yaz because this is a once in a lifetime treat. I also hope to meet them after the show. I have never had an issue meeting the artist after a show before and I believe it would be easier at the Terminal 5 over the Beacon Theatre.

It's actually probably a lot easier at the Beacon...backstage doors open right to a broad sidewalk on 75th St. The area around Terminal 5 is a mess. Just trying to cheer to you up.

LOL, would that be me?[:D] You gotta remember man, hardly anyone good comes here anymore. The Cure(so far) hasn't been announced for a stop here, and Im not sure they will do one. Many groups skip Vegas for some reason or another, so you guys who live in places they reguarly tour, have it very very good, as they stop in your town frequently. Siouxsie didn't do a stop here, nor did the Plimsouls and many other groups who did sporadic dates here and there. We're just now starting to see some love from bands(hopefully).

By the way, Im getting tix this Sat for Yaz....

<p align="justify">I totally missed the presale for this! The Psych Furs are not that good live, though. Tix are 60 bucks a pop, which is expensive for this venue. Chris Isaak's concert there is also way too expensive. Last year, tix went for 25 bucks. Now, it's double!

Hello from Miami!

This is my first post, so if I am not allowed to write this, please do not ban me and just delete the post!

Since Vegas is being discussed here as well, I promised a (disabled) friend that I would join him for a concert the same day as Yazoo's Beacon show. If you are curious as to what it is, just search for MGM concerts on July 19.

I therefore have two tickets (row g) to see Yazoo at the Beacon that will go to waste if no one buys them. If anyone is interested, please let me know. I am selling them at cost. Since my wife will not be joining me in New York, I also have an extra ticket to the Terminal 5 show on July 17. I will be going there, thankfully.

Moderator, if this post is not cool, please just delete it. I am a true fan of Yazoo, which is why I bought tickets as soon as they came out. Perhaps I bought them too quickly.

I was recently in Washington DC. and there were advertisements for Yaz at the 9:30 Club July 20. Not sure if this has been mentioned before.

Just logged onto the Allison Moyet forum. DJ Phoenix ain't gonna be happy. [:(]

Unfortunately, because of logistical and production issues, the Vegas show has been cancelled.

Anyone who has bought tickets should contact their point of purchase for a refund.
