"Human Kindness on an internet chat board. You're a bigger retard than I had you pegged for." - tiger_mn

You're not even worth further comment. However, this response to your trash should raise an eyebrow:

"Heh, good one." - marvymarv

Really. You, as a moderator would encourage such ignorance? Perhaps you could point out what terrible transgression I have committed here to warrant this attack?

"Enjoy your flight to Assville! Or is it Pompousburg?" - phillyidol

Actually it was to Grammartown, have you ever been? No, I didn't think so. My next trip is to Spellington, want to join me? You could use the experience.

"I don't have a problem with human kindness at all. I'm all for it. MFAB just begged to get stepped on for his holier-than-thou attitude towards the other participants on this thread...and I think we answered his pleas pretty well." - club80

His? Further proof of what a poor judge of character, not to mention gender, you are. If you had a shred of human kindmess to offer, you wouldn't have jumped all over somebody for asking a valid, and to this point unanswered question.

The reason there has yet to be a cogent response to my original question? To do so would mean a whole string of participants here would have to own up to some very childish behavior. Apparently beyond the adults here.

Can someone fill me in on what I spelled wrong? Was it Assville or Pompousburg? Oh I got it! It is Assburg and Pompousville!

Tell me Philip, is the simple life indeed the good life? I ask as you seemed to have mastered such a lifestyle.

Well, welcome back Mod. We missed you! How was your flight? I hope you had a wonderful trip. I hope all the stewardesses were as pretty as Celine Dion because we all know how pretty she is, right? You know I miss your clever banter. What a contribution you have made to this board so far!
Please note that I am practicing that human kindness that I have been so sorely lacking (as you so accurately pointed out). I hope that I am living up to your expectations.
Fare thee well!

Why thank you! Would you like to accompany Philip and I on our next trip to Spellington?

Thank you for asking club80. The flight was smooth and trouble free. Have you had an attack of conscience or is your most recent post merely a pedestrian attempt at sarcasm? I fear it's the latter.

Clever banter is in short supply here, so I'm not at all surprised you hunger for it. I will attempt to satisfy that hunger - are you up to the challenge?

So could you please educate me and point out my mistakes? Or was my only mistake acknowledging your existence? BTW, who invited Dr. Frasier Crane to the party? The other board that you haunt must be a real fun place.

Hmmm. Spellington or Grammarville? Let's see...did you want to include the "that" before "you hunger for it". Please accept my apologies if I am being brash. I am trying to help a fellow human being with her writing skills. An honest, good hearted gesture, I assure you.

Reading through this thread, there is one question I have to ask the "Mod from another board". Mod , is this some kind of a joke or something ?
I think there's a very good chance that the "Mod" is just another NWO member playing a joke on all.I'm still waiting for that person to pop out of their little jack-in-the-box and scream out "surprise !it's me (name here). Gotcha "!
Well Mod .

No apology necessary club80. I see nothing requiring correction in this sentence:

"Clever banter is in short supply here, so I'm not at all surprised you hunger for it."

The "that" you refer to is unnecessary. It does nothing to clarify the intent of the sentence, it's merely an extra word. If I'm still in the wrong, please elaborate.

I appreciate the lesson: however, wouldn't your tutorial time be better spent on one of the less gifted posters here? Granted, it would be like choosing from the stars in the sky, but I'm sure you could select a worthy candidate.

Perhaps I was hasty in assuming that you recently made a trip to Grammarville. I can see where I erred.

Clearly, your most recent trip was to Roswell, New Mexico to see some old, long lost relatives. How was their flight? I understand that a trip through the Milky Way can be quite pleasant this time of year.

Clearly, cutting humor and sarcasm aren't among your strengths club80. May I suggest you continue to focus your efforts in the area of imagined grammatical errors, an endeavor in which you truly excel.
