Here is a Live video I messed around with trying to see what quality I could squeeze out of it. It's Depeche Mode "See You" Live at the Hammersmith 1982 with remastered Hi Rez sound. The video is in a mov file, Quicktime container in H.264 codec. Unfortunately I can't do too much with a crappy progressive original, but I've never seen a better master anywhere else. At least it sounds good, 24bit 48khz.

thanks for that.

not bad. now if we can just find a good copy of 'get the balance right'.
they forget to put it on every single video collection they ever make
for some weird reason.

(ps. nobody worries about sharing a video)

Are you kidding me? There's a difference between sharing a video?? vs. a sound track?? What are you smoking?
I have ALL the Depeche mode promo's, including the supposed non released ones to the public. Although 2 of those 4 are VH1.

Elvis, I have most of the rare Depeche Mode promo videos without the VH1 logo. Which ones are you still after?

All the best,

there's a site you might have heard of called 'youtube', you
can find videos there you know.

seriously? NOBODY cares about sharing videos, because everyone does it.
you don't see people getting sued for sharing promo videos that have
appeared on cable, tv, etc.

the reason people are getting issues with sharing music tracks, is
that most are being commercially sold still, and it's much easier for
the record companies and lawyers to go after people sharing those files.
that's why the sharing sites keep deleting files when they are posted.

if you don't understand that protecting high quality shared music files is needed. fine.
take your chances. i wont.
