It's a tie if we're talking just Roxy Music by itself and not counting Bryan Ferry's solo work. Pretty much every album David Bowie and Roxy Music cut before 1983 are solid masterpieces. If I could take into account Bryan Ferry's solo stuff, then he's got

Bowie. Overall I think he is a bigger influence on bands past, present and into the future.
