Arizona Game and Fish officials are investigating a string of at least four coyotes deaths in Arizona and they believe someone may be poisoning the animals.

Game and Fish law enforcement programs coordinator John Romero says four dead animals were found within days of each other at area golf courses last month. Finding four dead coyotes in such a short period is very unusual and Romero says it is unlikely they died of natural causes because they are such resilient animals.

He says poisoning a wild animal is a misdemeanor and a typical fine runs as much as $1,500, but can go much higher.

When I was out of town the other day my boys claimed there were between 30 and 50 Javelinas in our front yard. Not believing them fully, the whole gang came back tonight. I ran in to get my camera and after taking 20-30 black pictures was finally able to get the settings ok to get proof!

Babies and all, they spent a few minutes eating and drinking and snorting in the front yard and wandered on through. They weren't very afraid (except the little guys), stunk like hell though. I did not kill any of them if you were wondering.

A rotisserie and BBQ and your all set. How convenient when the roast comes to you. [:D]
